The album is divided into two halves, each reflecting a different aspect of my journey. Each song on the album has a counterpart, with the same general narrative and concept, as well as call backs for specific sections. While the songs sound completely different and unique, there may be only two songs that use trumpet for instance, and those two songs are directly married together.

The A side delves into the challenges I faced, from chronic pain to addiction, and the impact on me and my relationships. The B side is all about growth and contentment, showcasing the moments that allowed me to get to where I am today.
